These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and tiket200 (the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of all products and services available through tiket200.asia and any associated mobile applications or platforms.

tiket200 is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, live casino, slot games, and related gaming services primarily serving users in Malaysia. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in full, understood their content, and agree to be unconditionally bound by them.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, promotional terms, or supplementary conditions associated with individual games, events, or promotions offered on the platform. In the event of any conflict, these general Terms shall prevail unless otherwise explicitly stated.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

Access to and use of the tiket200 Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. tiket200 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an account, place wagers, or access any gaming service on the Platform.
• Residency: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one active Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, shared device, shared IP address, or by any other means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Personal Use: Accounts must be used solely for personal recreational purposes. Commercial exploitation of the Platform is not permitted.
• Mental Capacity: You must be of sound mind and not acting under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances that may impair your judgment when placing wagers.

To access the full services of tiket200, you are required to complete the registration process and create an Account. By registering, you agree and acknowledge the following:

• All information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, address, and contact details — must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any security codes associated with your Account with any third party.
• You must notify tiket200 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• tiket200 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Account details, including registered email address and linked payment methods, may only be changed through the official account settings process and may require re-verification.

tiket200 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations. The following conditions apply:

• All Members must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal request is processed. Deposits may be credited prior to verification, but withdrawals will be held pending successful verification.
• Acceptable identity documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, Driver's License, or Passport.
• Proof of address must be provided in the form of a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months. The name and address must match the Account registration details.
• A selfie holding the identity document may be required.
• tiket200 may request additional documentation at any stage, including source of funds documentation for large withdrawal amounts.
• Typical verification turnaround is 24 to 48 business hours from submission of all required documents.

tiket200 supports a range of payment methods designed for Malaysian users, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, as well as cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT).

• All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as specified on the Deposits page within your Account and are subject to change.
• tiket200 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance subject to successful payment confirmation from the relevant payment provider. tiket200 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds originate from legitimate sources and are not connected to any criminal activity.
• tiket200 reserves the right to refuse or return any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.

tiket200 is committed to processing withdrawal requests as efficiently as possible, with a target processing time of under five (5) minutes for most DuitNow and FPX transactions following KYC approval. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into your Account, or to a verified bank account registered in your name.
• A minimum KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is released.
• Withdrawals of amounts exceeding RM 10,000 may be subject to enhanced due diligence review and may require additional documentation.
• Bonus funds that have not completed the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• tiket200 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, Terms violation, or pending investigation.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed to the wallet address provided and are irreversible once confirmed on the network. tiket200 is not liable for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses provided by the Member.

tiket200 offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing Members. The following general terms govern all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to individual wagering requirements as stated in the applicable promotion terms. Common wagering multipliers range from 10x to 30x depending on the promotion type.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and may not be exchanged for cash directly.
• Maximum bet limits apply while playing with active bonus funds — typically no more than RM 50 per bet or spin. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus expiry periods apply. Bonuses not utilised within the specified period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days) will be automatically forfeited.
• tiket200 reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any promotion at any time. In the event that a promotion is withdrawn, any accumulated progress toward wagering requirements will be honoured for a reasonable grace period.
• Claiming multiple accounts or exploiting technical errors to circumvent bonus conditions constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and reversal of all affected transactions.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the tiket200 Platform. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published separately within each product category and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. tiket200 does not accept cancellations or amendments to placed bets unless a technical error or manifest odds error is identified on tiket200's part.
• In the event of a void event (e.g., a football match abandoned before completion), bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform at the time of betting.
• Manifest Odds Errors: Where odds or game outcomes are published due to a technical error resulting in prices materially inconsistent with prevailing market rates, tiket200 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Member's Account.
• For live sports betting, the odds displayed are subject to change in real time. A bet is accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation, which may differ from the odds at the moment of submission due to live market movements.
• Maximum winnings per single bet and per day are subject to limits published in the Sports and Casino Rules sections of the Platform.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the tiket200 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and/or referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one Account (duplicate accounts), including accounts registered under different names or identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence-based tool to place bets, navigate the Platform, or gain any competitive or financial advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or pricing anomalies to generate artificial profits — commonly referred to as "arbing" or "error exploitation".
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other multiplayer game.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conceal the proceeds of criminal activity in any form.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC procedures.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gambling restrictions, self-exclusion settings, or deposit limits through any means.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals in bad faith after using the deposited funds on the Platform.

All content on the tiket200 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, typography, game interfaces, software, written content, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of tiket200 or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's intellectual property.

Any unauthorised use of tiket200's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

tiket200 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Collection of registration data, transaction records, and gameplay history for the purposes of account administration, KYC compliance, and service improvement.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings.
• Loss Limits: Members may set maximum permitted loss thresholds over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts notifying Members of time spent on the Platform during a session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary account restrictions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, applied immediately upon request.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform is available on request. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration specified. Members who self-exclude must not attempt to re-register using a different identity.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tiket200 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express or implied — regarding the Platform and its services.

tiket200 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform due to technical faults, maintenance, or circumstances beyond tiket200's reasonable control.
• Acts of third-party payment processors, game providers, or infrastructure suppliers that affect transaction processing or gameplay.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, tiket200's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tiket200 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period following request.
• Receipt of chargeback or payment reversal instructions from a payment provider.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent authority.

In the event of Account termination for legitimate breach of these Terms, tiket200 reserves the right to withhold any Real Money Balance pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, verified funds will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within a reasonable period.

Members wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting live support. All pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

tiket200 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, tiket200 will provide reasonable notice to Members via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent update is indicated at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain aware of any changes. tiket200 will not be liable to you for any loss arising from your failure to review updated Terms in a timely manner.

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from or in connection with your use of the tiket200 Platform, the following process shall apply:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Members must first submit their dispute or complaint to tiket200's Customer Support team via the 24/7 live chat facility or by email to [email protected]. Please provide all relevant Account details, transaction references, and a clear description of the issue.
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: tiket200 will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 48 hours and undertake an internal review. A substantive response will be provided within 10 business days of acknowledgement.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: Where a Member remains dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal review, they may request escalation to a senior review panel. The panel's determination shall be provided within a further 15 business days.
4. Step 4 — Governing Law: These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through the internal process above.
